Directory Terms
The details entered in the directory registraion form are used to publish your profile page in the directory. All form fields except "Contact Name" will be published on the web site.
All submissions are reviewed by Identities staff before approval and publication.
By ticking the "Terms Agreed" box you confirm that the details entered in the directory registration are correct and give permission for them to be published on the Identities web site.
