Workshop 1 - Captivating Colour (part 1)
6th October 2009 - 6.00 – 9.00pm
Know the colours that flatter you, helping you feel more natural and radiant. Workshop includes an individual colour consultation.
Workshop 2 - Make up Magic (part 2)
13th October 2009 - 6.00 – 9.00pm
If you aren’t sure what to put where or what colour to use, this workshop is a must. Learn how to apply your make up with ease and to great effect. A fun and interactive workshop that will give you confidence.
Workshop 3 - Sizzling Style (part 3)
20th October 2009 - 6.00 – 9.00pm
Learn how to wear styles that enhance your body shape. Be yourself as you express your true personality and feel fantastic.
Workshop 4 - Frock ‘n’ Roll
10th November 2009 - 6.00 – 9.00pm
- bring any frocks (can be any item of clothing/jewellery which is less than 2 years old and in good condition) which you want to swap or sell.
- bring any frock which you have doubts about and need expert advice on whether to keep it, alter it or swap it
Our identity and self esteem are linked to our perceived body image. The way we see ourselves has an effective on all of our life experiences and relationships. Having an healthy image of our bodies has to be realistic, accepting and that will allow us to recognise the oneness of our mind, body and spirit. A great opportunity to meet with friends and learn about looking your absolute best.

Alison Tinsley is living proof that personal failure can be turned into a business success!
Out of the wreck that emerged from a marriage breakdown Alison used the lessons learned to start a new career. A Registered General Nurse for almost twenty years, now with a newly found passion for building confidence in women, she retrained as a Life Coach and Image Consultant.
Only a few years on she is an established consultant, author, public speaker and contributor to national magazines such as Cosmopolitan, ‘Now’ and ‘Cosmopolitan Bride, is regularly on BBC and commercial radio and has been featured in The Daily Express, The Daily Mirror and Bella magazine.
